Sweetwater Plantation began in 2003 with the goal of establishing a herd of truly outstanding whitetail deer with superior genetics. This was done by establishing our own breeding facility and acquiring our initial breeding stock from breeders with proven genetics. We have been cross-breeding these lines to further enhance the already outstanding genetics. In subsequent years we have added Red Stag and Elk to our operation.

   We are located in the rolling hill country of Northern Liberty County, Florida (The "Mountains of Florida") which offers a variety of habitats- from upland longleaf pine ridges to steep ravines and creeks with terrain and plant life like that of North Georgia. Let us provide you an opportunity to harvest a truly outstanding animal or some of our genetics for your own breeding program. We have breeder bucks and fawns (some bottle-raised) available for sale. We will also have bred does available in the December to February time period.
